Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility. He has been in various roles in managing, auditing, client-servicing, training, and investigation for international organizations, such as Cal Safety Compliance Corporation (CSCC), Specialized Technology Resources (STR), Columbia Sportswear Company, Underwriter Laboratories (UL), and Intertek. He held the Asia-Pacific Manager role at Columbia Sportswear to oversee the operations in the region and liaised with the local offices and vendors. Stephen joined ARCHE Advisors in 2017 and re-joined as the Country Manager – Australia & New Zealand in January 2022.

 Stephen is a certified APSCA Social Compliance Auditor, Amfori BSCI auditor and CPI Security Lead Auditor. Furthermore, Stephen is trained in conducting Country of Origin (Transhipment) assessments, Forest Council Stewardship (FSC) audits, and Counterfeit investigations. He has conducted numerous investigations and social compliance audits in many countries. Stephen is fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English and currently resides in Melbourne, Australia.
